LEARNERSHIPS, FULL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS PROGRAMMES
At Think360, we are accredited to offer a number of Full Qualifications as registered Learnership Programmes.
In addition to be the Training Provider for accredited Qualifications, we are experienced in offering these additional services when it comes to implementing Learnerships, and can assist with the following at an additional expense:
- Workplace Skills Planning advice and Submissions (We have an accredited SDF in house)
- Skills Development Facilitation
- Learner Recruitment
- Documentation, Administration, Reporting and Implementation of the Programmes
- Host Company Placements for Work Experience
We can offer implement Learnerships according to your companies needs.
- Full Contact: Learners come to the training centre for the academic component of the Learnership and attend instructor led lessons and practical’s. Over the 12month programme, the Implementations Plan (or schedule) generally comprises of the first 6 – 8 months with Think360, and the last 4 – 6 months in the workplace. This is ideal for Employed Learnerships.
- Limited Contact: We also offer some of our Programmes through a Limited Contact learning mode, which is ideal for Employed Learnerships. This blended learning strategy includes self-paced studies, instructor-led workshops on weekends, online video training, time constrained assignments and practical examinations. Suitable for working individuals, these courses are designed to be accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
We can also offer Accredited Skills Programmes in a variety of skills – Microsoft Office, End User Computing, Design Skills and Business Skills.
OUR ACCREDITED PROGRAMMES
FULL CONTACT LEARNING
Study an accredited Qualification full-time at one of our 4 campuses across South Africa.
Full contact learning is instructor-led, practical, and run according to a pre-determined schedule of lectures.
These programmes are uniquely aligned to both South African qualifications, and prestigious International Cirriculums of Microsoft, Adobe and Autodesk.
We make use of International learning materials to ensure the best delivery of the course content.
LIMITED CONTACT LEARNING
Study an accredited Qualification on a part-time basis, with a flexible approach.
This blended learning strategy includes self-paced studies, instructor-led workshops, online video training, time constrained assignments and practical examinations.
Suitable for working individuals, these courses are designed to be accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
We make use of International learning materials to ensure the best delivery of the course content.
SHORT SKILLS PROGRAMME COURSES
Bolster your skills and CV with one of our accredited short courses.
These courses are run on campus for a short period of time.
The training provides students with practical, dynamic, current skills and the students will complete assessments to obtain formal credits for recognition of achievement.
Short courses or Skills Programmes are aimed at anyone who is looking to add on to their portfolio of skills, or who is looking to stay up to date with thier qualifications.

B-BBEE SCORING
By participating in learnerships, apprenticeships and internships your business can claim 4 points if 2.5% of your staff is enrolled on such programmes and another 4 points if 2.5% of your company’s headcount are black unemployed learners.
TAX INCENTIVE
The employer can claim a tax allowance of R30,000 (R50,000 for disability) per year for each registered learnership agreement it has between itself and an employee. The employer can claim a R30,000 “completion allowance” (R50,000 for disability) for each learner that completes their learnership during the year.
