LEARNERSHIPS, FULL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS PROGRAMMES

 

At Think360, we are accredited to offer a number of Full Qualifications as registered Learnership Programmes.

In addition to be the Training Provider for accredited Qualifications, we are experienced in offering these additional services when it comes to implementing Learnerships, and can assist with the following at an additional expense:

  • Workplace Skills Planning advice and Submissions (We have an accredited SDF in house)
  • Skills Development Facilitation
  • Learner Recruitment
  • Documentation, Administration, Reporting and Implementation of the Programmes
  • Host Company Placements for Work Experience

 

We can offer implement Learnerships according to your companies needs. 

  • Full Contact: Learners come to the training centre for the academic component of the Learnership and attend instructor led lessons and practical’s. Over the 12month programme, the Implementations Plan (or schedule) generally comprises of the first 6 – 8 months with Think360, and the last 4 – 6 months in the workplace. This is ideal for Employed Learnerships.
  • Limited Contact: We also offer some of our Programmes through a Limited Contact learning mode, which is ideal for Employed Learnerships. This blended learning strategy includes self-paced studies, instructor-led workshops on weekends, online video training, time constrained assignments and practical examinations. Suitable for working individuals, these courses are designed to be accessible to anyone with an internet connection.

 

We can also offer Accredited Skills Programmes in a variety of skills – Microsoft Office, End User Computing, Design Skills and Business Skills.
